Program Description
Maya Coffee Company LLC ("Company") operates Rama OS and may send SMS messages to users who have opted in. Messages may include: account notifications, operational alerts, shift or scheduling updates, early access program communications, and product announcements.
Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box (where provided), you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Rama OS at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the Service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per week during active use of the Service. Operational alerts (e.g., critical system notifications) may be sent more frequently when triggered by platform events.
Opt-Out Instructions
To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

Carrier Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details. Rama OS is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Participating carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and other major US carriers. Availability may vary by carrier.
Privacy
